Kae Vogel

Kae believes the intention that a practitioner and client bring to the massage is really where the healing work begins. Massage is really a physical manifestation of loving kindness. Touch is so important to our well being. It is how we are able to share our connection with the universal energy.

Kae’s massage style integrates many modalities. She graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Michigan in 2002. Myomassology is the science and practice of massage. The basis of her training is Swedish massage, so it is relaxing. In addition she incorporates Shiatsu, Thai, Energy balancing, Reflexology, Trigger Points Therapy and she is attuned as a third degree Reiki practitioner.

Kae has been involved in natural foods and living a natural lifestyle since her late teens.  Health, wellness and wholeness are important to Kae in her personal life.  Besides massage she has two beautiful children and a kind and thoughtful husband.  She practices Anusara Yoga, dances, runs, rides her bike, makes art, cooks good food, bakes and is taking Somato Respiratory Integration classes.
